What is a custom-made garment?

Custom Made is something that is made specifically for you with your body measurements. A Pattern is crafted from your measurements, then a toile or sample garment is made to ensure proper fit. Once proper fit is established, we cut out of the real fabric that the garment is to be made in, and voila, you have a custom-made garment that only you can wear.

How long does it take to make a custom garment?

Times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the materials. We can make garments as soon as the day before you need them, we just need a day in between for shipping. We do prefer to have plenty of notice, so try to plan to have your ideals sent to us between 2-3 months prior to when you need the garment, and for bridal 5-6 months. If you are in need of something rushed, we can do rushed orders as well for an additional fee. 

Do you have readymade collections?

Yes, we have a ready to wear collection made of the softest jersey and spandex fabric made for everyday wear. It consists of shrugs, cardigans, pants, shorts, tops, long and short dresses, and swimwear.  

How do I determine my size?

Below is our standard size chart, if you need help figuring out your size, feel free to contact us.

 

 

When should I contact you if I want to have a custom-made garment?

For Standard custom designs, such as costumes, dresses, swimwear, prom, pageant, and special occasion attire, I would need about 2-3 months' notice. If you need it last minute or rushed, it will incur additional charges. For Bridal, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, tuxedos, and suits, I would about 5-6 months' notice.

What type of custom garments can I request to be made?

We make everything! No request is too much! We make costumes; Historical, science fiction, superhero, props, armor, etc. Prom, Wedding, Kids Clothing, Accessories, Pageant Gowns, Bridal Dresses, Cosplay Costumes, Renaissance Costumes, Custom Swimwear, Dance Costumes, Ballet Apparel, Yoga Apparel. You name it, we can make it!

What if I am not local to your area and cannot do a fitting?

Not Local to Houston, TX, no problem. We have done plenty of custom-made garments for clients out of state, and even had some that were out of the country. You send us your measurements; we can make your garment based off your custom measurements. If you want a bridal gown made, and you are not local, we can either ship you the toile/sample to ensure fit before cutting out the real fabric, and we can do an online fit session to make pattern adjustments via skype or FaceTime, or we can pair you with a local alterations shop, that can do the last fitting arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship all around the world. We do not however, ship to P.O. Boxes, we need a physical address to ship to.

 

Where is my order?

Once your item is shipped, we send you a tracking number that allows you to track the item via the USPS.com website. Should your item not arrive, or is significantly delayed, please contact us. Tracking is not available for international items. The only tracking that is available for international items, is for International express shipping and Global International express shipping services.

I need to exchange an item, what is the Process?

Exchanges must be made within 7 business days, custom made orders are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Custom made orders are final. Please contact us to request an exchange. Check our policies below for more information. Most Items have it listed if the item is eligible for returns or if they eligible for exchanges.

Do you offer returns/Refunds?

We do not offer Refunds at the moment for change of mind. Most of our items are made to order or custom made. There are absolutely no exchanges or refunds for custom made requests. If there is any issue with the garment that you have, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation.

Policies

Payment

Credit Card payments are accepted through either PayPal or the credit card processing system.

All purchases by PayPal must be completed within 3 days or the transaction will be canceled.

Please verify that your delivery address and email are correct. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, your order could be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.

Please be aware that PayPal payments made by e-check may delay the shipping of your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared and funds have been deposited to our account. Payments by e-check can take 4-10 days to clear.

Shipping

In the USA: Standard Ground Advantage Shipping (Between 2-5 Business Days after shipping) or Priority Mail Flat Rate. (usually 1-3 Business days after shipped)


International: Priority Mail Flat Rate. (usually 6-10 Business days after shipped, depending on your country's customs delay)

Please note we try to send our orders out within a 3-5 days depending on the color choice you made, the size, and if the item is on hand or made to order. Please ask questions about this before purchase.

Shipping Charges include more than the actual cost of postage. The shipping charges include postage, cost of packaging supplies such as boxes/mailers, packing materials, time & labor, etc. These are all expenses that are factored into shipping costs, so although we may be able to offer combined shipping for multiple items, we cannot lower our shipping cost for our domestic or international orders.

All U.S. shipments are sent with delivery confirmation and Insurance. 

Our international shipments to all other countries, except for Canada, do not come with tracking. Although it does have a customs number for proof of shipment, USPS does not provide a tracking route number for standard and priority flat rate mail. In order to ensure delivery by a certain date and to be able to track your package in route when purchasing from me via internationally, you will need to upgrade to express or global shipping methods. We DO NOT Guarantee international item shipping dates, it is not within our power to do so.

IMPORTANT:

International Shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These Extra fees are your responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges, so it is up to you to find out how much the extra amount will be before you purchase.

Customs procedures may delay shipments. The estimated time of delivery for international orders is 6-45 business days. If you do not pay the associated fees, or fail to collect your order from customs, we will NOT refund the purchase amount as all items are made to order.

Any order which has not been received 45 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order and will be replaced for a store credit issued, minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We consider an order to have been received by the buyer when the USPS status for the package is "Delivered".

Please be advised that we accept no responsibility or liability for shipping delays which are as a result of errors on the part of the shipping carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return or exchanges for each item are listed in the description weather the item is eligible for return or exchanges. As of right now, we are not processing any returns or exchanges on any of our items. Should that policy change, it will be updated with the description of each listing. 

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS (you have 3-4 days to decide if you like it ) and can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value, shipping will be at buyer's cost for exchanges and you must include a pre-paid shipping label from your nearest post office center before exchanged product can be shipped back to you.

All exchange requests must be emailed to us, 24-48 hours upon receiving product stating reason, name of product, buyer information (address, phone, etc.), product style #, Price, Purchase date, and item, color, or size you want to be exchanged for. All original Tags, packaging, and labels must be attached to the unworn and undamaged garment in order to receive any exchanges or defective product refunds.

IMPORTANT: *** In order to receive a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping fee, the item must be secured in a sealed close tight package and re-packaged in either envelop or box purchased at your cost to ship the garment back. The item must be received not worn, soiled, launder, dirty, torn or exposed to the outside while in the package (meaning no gaping holes, or large openings with the garment hanging out to get damaged while being transferred to me by the carrier) with tags still ATTACHED, and in original condition as it was shipped. So please, when sending a package back, seal the package thoroughly in an envelope or box with adequate amount of tape. It is my sole discretion to either not accept a return if these conditions are not met or charge you a 50% restocking fee. ***

Unfortunately, at this moment, we cannot offer refunds on purchases for "change of mind" so please check measurements and color choice clearly. Also, there are NO refunds or exchanges on one-of-kind garments and or Custom made, and no returns on swimwear as well for sanitation purposes. Also please note to buyers, we do not do any Returns, exchanges, or refunds on any wholesale orders as they are made to order.

If you are ever dissatisfied with a product purchased from us, please contact us, and we will do our very best to ensure that we have a happy customer. Occasionally errors can happen, as much as we try to avoid it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

****PLEASE be aware that colors may vary slightly due to computer screen differences. I will not accept returns based on coloring difference. *****

If you need to ensure that the garment is of a certain color, please ask about ordering a swatch chart to match colors exactly.

Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer must pay for shipping of the returned/Exchanged item to me and the pre-paid shipping of your new/altered item back to you.

For custom colors please email us as we need exact details as to where the color changes will be made, photo of this change will be emailed to you for approval and once approve production will begin, add $50 extra for custom colors. Custom colors are chosen by you from the color choices provided as given by each product. (Example of a custom color: a color not found on any of our current color charts under the listings, a color that we do not currently offer).
